Compact UV Exposure Modules

Where we design and manufacture a wide variety of ultraviolet radiating products. Our products include standard Compact UV Exposure Modules, UV silicon molding enclosures, and custom development and fabrication of ultraviolet radiating products used in the curing/drying of adhesives, varnishes, inks, printing inks and other energy reactive chemicals.

The Compact UV Exposure Modules are versatile configurable units that can be ganged and used in applications like:

• Three dimensional curing of coatings i.e. furniture finishing
• Assembled to create a tunnel for continuous exposure applications such as:
• ink drying on paper containers or curing adhesives in any kind of assemblies
• UV curing of coatings for panels, doors, etc.
